A New Lebanon, NY, Oval Storage Box in original opaque Prussian blue paint aged to a deep hue. The Box has two arched fingers on the base and a single finger on the lid that is slightly shorter than those on the body of the Box. The fingers are well-proportioned, chamfered, and fixed with copper rivets, which are arranged in linear rows. Copper brads secure the top and base.
In a fine state of preservation with some loss to painted surface commensurate with age.
